Ashley has a diverse legal background. She focuses her law practice in the areas of civil litigation, estate planning, real estate, and business law. Born and raised in Sharon, Pennsylvania, a quaint suburb of Pittsburgh, Ashley's roots in the community have profoundly shaped her approach to legal practice--blending traditional values with a forward-thinking perspective.

 

Ashley attended college in Pennsylvania, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh. Ashley is admitted to practice in both Maryland and Montana.

 

Before joining the firm as contracted counsel, Ashley honed her skills in various dynamic environments. She initially contributed her expertise in fundraising and estate planning for a large national non-profit organization.  After leaving private practice, her career transitioned into leading a local real estate and insurance pre-licensing business, where she served as CEO, demonstrating her leadership and in-depth knowledge of the real estate and business sectors.

 

In 2018, Ashley and her family moved from Virginia to Montana, bringing her rich professional experience and personal dedication to our community. As a mother of two girls who share a passion for softball, volleyball, and basketball, she understands the importance of balance and commitment in her professional and personal life.

 

Her enthusiasm for outdoor activities matches her love for running and staying active. She is an avid hiker and upland bird hunter, often accompanied by her beloved dogs—two German Shorthaired Pointers and a Miniature Schnauzer.  When she isn't working or shuttling kids around you can find her in the mountains with her dogs.

 

In her free time, Ashley loves raising chickens and ducks, reflecting her connection with nature and interest in sustainable living. This blend of professional acumen and personal interests makes Ashley a relatable and approachable attorney, dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for the firm's clients.
